Moisten face and neck with water. Apply a small amount of Cleansing Complex to the palm of hand. Rub hands together and massage cleanser over face and neck. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
Tri-Active Exfoliating Masque
Moisten face with water, then apply a thin even layer, gently rubbing in a circular motion and let sit. Leave masque on for up to 5 minutes to allow enzymes to function. A gentle warming sensation may occur due to an increase in micro-circulation. Rinse with cool water and immediately pat dry.
Hydra-Intensive Cooling Masque
Apply a layer of Hydra-Intensive Cooling Masque evenly over face and neck. Leave masque on 5-10 minutes. May leave on or rinse with water.
Super Serum Advance+
Apply 3-4 drops to the palm of hand. Using fingertips, dab and smooth evenly over face and neck.
Hydra-Cool Serum
Apply a small amount to the palm of hand. Using fingertips, dab and smooth evenly over face and neck.
Youth Eye Complex
Apply a small amount (or 1/2 pump) to the palm of hand. Using fingertips, dab and smooth evenly over outside areas of eyes, brow bone and the delicate under-eye area. Avoid inner corners of eye.

How often should I do my Fire + Ice facial at home?
Once a week. The two masques are designed as a weekly treatment, while Cleansing Complex, the serums and Youth Eye Complex can also be part of your everyday routine.
Will I feel the “fire”?
Tri-Active Exfoliating Masque can bring a gentle warming sensation as micro-circulation increases. Leave it on for up to five minutes, rinse with cool water, and the Hydra-Intensive Cooling Masque follows straight after to cool and soothe.
How long does it take?
Around 20 minutes from cleanse to glow: up to five minutes for the exfoliating masque, five to ten for the cooling masque, then your serums and eye complex.
How is this different from the in-clinic Fire & Ice facial?
The professional Fire & Ice treatment is performed by a trained practitioner using professional-only resurfacing products.
