Poor customer care

I love the products. , and I do find they work..however should I want advice or look to trying another product then you can not just speak to somebody you have to book a consultation at a cost of £25 , and I tried it once and felt the consultant was not that interested So though I love the products I will try a range that commits to customer care and gives out good advice free of charge

Nourishes but no magic

This is a nice cream that moisturises the neck but I’ve not seen the magical results as would be expected at IS clinical level. I have regular facials with an IS Clinical facialist incl Fire & Ice and am 50+.
